In order to ensure the optimum performance of subsidiary power plants, supervising the utilization of these power plants is one of the activities of Sana Company. The company has carried out the following activities to maintain and improve the capacity and readiness of its subsidiary units:
• Supervising the proper operation of units according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Checking the timely repair and performance of maintenance firms
• Consultation about and supervision on corrective actions at the time of operation
• Checking the eligibility of O&M and plant overhaul contractor applicants, suppliers of essential plant equipment and spare parts, and hot part reconstruction companies in tenders
• Tracking incidents, investigating the causes of errors and deviations and providing solutions for improvement
• Daily monitoring, analysis of production and fuel consumption statistics
• Holding periodic meetings with the presence of O&M contractors on the transfer of technical utilization knowledge
